DHA City Lahore has renamed to DHA Phase 13

DHA City Lahore has been renamed as DHA Phase 13 Lahore, For administrative purposes, it has been handed over to DHA. DHA is one of the best-planned and most lavish housing societies in Pakistan. A case was pending for several months in the Apex Court in Pakistan, the Pakistan Supreme Court, and finally, a decision was made. Now, DHA Phase 13 Lahore administrative control is given to DHA Lahore.

Now the project will be developed by DHA Lahore. However, the project development will be completed within the time period given by society to the investor. Furthermore, possession of the plot has given to the file holder as soon as possible and according to the court’s order

DHA has confirmed that file holders' issues will be resolved according to the Supreme Court’s orders. At the moment, DHA finalizes and verifies the list of file holders in the process.
