DHA City Lahore has been renamed as DHA Phase 13 Lahore. For administrative purposes, it has been handed over to DHA. DHA is one of the best-planned and most lavish housing societies in Pakistan. Now, DHA Phase 13 Lahore administrative control is given to DHA Lahore.

DHA has confirmed that file holders' issues will be resolved according to the Supreme Court's orders. Currently, DHA is finalizing and verifying the list of file holders. According to the announcement, after verification, a new allocation letter will be issued to those who own DHA Lahore Phase 13 Plots.
